“Thoughts from Dugway” 6/4/08

On behalf of C. Martin Co, It’s my pleasure to provide an opening note and welcome to our new employees and team members. It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of Team Dugway and the new Installation Services Support Contract. Our plans are to get familiar with our new employees, better acquainted with our customer and visibly recognized by the residents at Dugway as the newest member of the team. CMC is in the process of conducting employee interviews with all of the incumbent employees; this process will ensure stability and communication in assessing the overall program. CMC team will provide support and reassurance to the changing environment here at Dugway, we will work with both the outgoing contractor and employees to ensure a smooth contract transition in on a non-interference basis in the most professional manner possible. This is an exciting time meeting all of the new faces and being part of the next generation of excellent services provided at Dugway. This is somewhat of a homecoming for me coming back to the Tooele area. I was born in the area and am looking forward to visiting with my relatives and reacquainting myself with the growing community. This is the start of a long lasting team program that invites input from our customer and our employees and success for a job well done.
