Laura A. Craig, President,
President and majority shareholder, not only represents the woman and
8(a) status for the company, but most proudly represents the veteran title as well, being a
Vietnam (era) veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Ms. Craig has more than 30 years
experience in facility and labor management in the civil sector and government arena. Her
experience in base operating services, facility and housing maintenance and facility management
has been a contributing factor to the success of this woman/veteran owned company. She is skilled
and active in the day-to-day operation of the company's contracts. Laura Craig is a respected local
employer who has been appointed by the Teamsters to serve as a Trustee on three Health and Welfare
Security Fund Boards.

John C. Martin, Vice President,
Founder and partner continues to savor the
foresight and what was his vision of the future
direction of the industry. With the phenomenal
growth the company has experienced Mr. Martin
continues to support the President with the
overall operations, while heading up the
Estimating Department and housing maintenance
division of C. Martin Co. His 35 years experience
of the actual field activity, supervising,
estimating and managing construction,
rehabilitation and operations and maintenance of
government owned and contractor operated
facilities is a valued asset and a contributing
part of C. Martin Co. success. |

Joe Jimenez, Corporate Business Operations Manager,
15 years of experience directly related to Range and Operations Maintenance.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and his undergraduate
Bachelors of Science in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University.
Joe became a CMC member in 2004 as the Corporate Quality Manager. During his
tenure as the QA Manager, he was instrumental in achieving ISO 9001-2008
certification for the corporate office as well as our White Sands Missile
Range and Dugway Proving Grounds contracts. Most recently Joe was promoted
to Corporate Business Operations Manager. In his role of Operations Manager,
he insures contract operations are performed in accordance with contractual and
Federal, state and local regulatory requirements. He develops and implements
Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) insuring achievement of organizational goals.
Joe retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. Some of his
overseas assignments were in Alaska, Venezuela, Colombia, Korea, and the Philippines.

Harold J. Huge, Technical Operations, has more than 30 years experience in operations and maintenance management in Communications-Electronics, Ranges and Facilities. John has directed the activities of all Live Fire Training Range installation and maintenance activities. He has successfully directed and assisted with the assumption of O&M responsibilities for eight Air Combat Command Training Ranges . As Division Manager, he was responsible for developing Quality Control Programs, Recruiting and Retention Programs and Property Management Programs. Mr. Huge currently directs operations for CMC's DOD Range and Facility Service programs. |
